Cancellation charges
These will be incurred on all orders cancelled with less than eight hours’ notice. All items will be charged at full price except those that can be returned to stock, for which there will be no charge.

Packaging – the complete picture
Our cutting-edge packaging allows our food to be delivered in the most space-efficient way, while not compromising on quality, and is made from 100% recycled material. We use a compartment product, suitable for oven and microwave, which retains an ambient feel to the packaging while ensuring the food meets the desired temperature.
Our bespoke labelling features a picture as well as step-by-step instructions of the reheating and plating processes, all the relevant dietary information, and stamped with our unique EU hygiene regulation number. The complete package.

This helps us to provide the bespoke service that we believe is essential in our industry, allowing any special requests or client preferences to be easily distributed throughout the team. Training goes a long way
Upon request, we can provide training on plating techniques, on-board food preparation and how to adapt if you have any last-minute additions or an unforeseen mishap. Our comprehensive training covers everything to help ensure that passengers receive the high level of service they expect.

Department for Transport (DfT) compliance
At Bon Soirée we take compliance very seriously. All our staff are vetted and hold the appropriate aviation security training qualification. Whether it be an advanced GSAT or full Inflight Supplier certification, you can have complete confidence that we operate compliantly and safely at all times.
